Online Repertoire & Voice Coaching

Live one-on-one online vocal coaching for students in Dana Point. Work on technique and repertoire with Juliana Polansky without travelling to a lesson. This service is online; JP Vocal Studios does not advertise a Dana Point studio or local in-person appointments.

Choose specialist coaching without a commute

A nearby music school can suit students who want an in-person general program. Online private coaching offers a different choice: focused work with a teacher whose classical, opera or musical theatre expertise matches the repertoire you want to sing.

Your goals might include a more consistent solo sound, an audition or a challenging song. Describe the specific task and your musical background rather than trying to choose a generic level from a school curriculum.

Use the room where you actually practise

Set up your camera to show your upper body and choose a quiet space with stable internet. Prepare your music and play accompaniment from a separate device when needed. A keyboard is helpful if you already use one, but it is not required.

Online feedback can address audible phrasing and coordination as well as visible posture and movement. Connection quality affects what the coach can hear; technical problems should be discussed rather than treated as a vocal problem.

Make the first session useful

Bring a piece within your current ability and identify what feels inconsistent. If you have an existing recording, add its link to the application. An assessment can help identify strengths and next steps without committing to a continuing lesson plan.

For ongoing work, the lesson page explains individual sessions and the four-week pass. For a defined repertoire task, review the extended intensive. All scheduling is agreed directly with Juliana.

Before you book

Are Dana Point lessons in person?

No. The Dana Point offering described here is live online coaching. No local studio or in-person appointment availability is claimed.

Do I need expensive recording equipment?

No professional recording setup is required. Start with a suitable video-call device, stable internet, a quiet space and prepared music; discuss any audio problems before investing in equipment.

Tell me about your voice

Include your location, singing experience and goals. Juliana reviews your application; submitting it does not confirm an appointment.

Upcoming auditions or deadlines, repertoire you're preparing, anything happening with your voice right now.

Optional, but very helpful: paste a YouTube link or a link to an audio/video file (Google Drive, Dropbox, SoundCloud…) so I can hear your current level and prepare for your first lesson.

No payment is required to apply. Introductory sessions are scheduled only after we agree the fit is right.
