- Lessons missed or cancelled by the student on the same day are non-refundable, whatever the reason.
- A lesson can be rescheduled only when I am notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

How to Prepare for Your Online Lesson
A productive session starts before we meet. Please run through these technical guidelines so the whole hour goes to your voice, not to troubleshooting.
Before the lesson

Software setup
Download the video conferencing app we will use in advance, complete registration and add me to your contacts before the lesson starts.

Internet connection
Choose a room with a stable connection — your speed should comfortably carry high-quality video and audio.

Quiet space
Find a location where you will not be interrupted by other people or background noise.

Camera frame
Leave enough space to stand so that at least the upper half of your body is visible. We work not only with your face, but with your breath and diaphragm.

Supplies
Keep a notebook and a voice recorder (your phone is fine) at hand to note advice and record exercises.
During the lesson
Music playback
Use a separate device or browser tab to play the backing tracks and exercise material we have selected.
Instrument (optional)
A guitar or keyboard is a great plus if you play, but an instrument is never a requirement.
Once your setup is ready, send your application and I will confirm a time slot and the exact platform link for our session.

These terms keep the studio schedule fair for every student. By booking a lesson you agree to the conditions below.
Lesson packages
- A purchased package of individual coaching sessions must be completed within one month.
- Payment for sessions missed or cancelled at the student's initiative is non-refundable.
Important notice
- The student pays for the coach's reserved time and expertise.
- I am fully committed to your progress; the pace and results of vocal development also depend on natural ability, personal dedication and consistent engagement.
How to book
- Reserve your time slot through the new student application on this site.
- A booking is confirmed only after payment has been received.
- The deadline to book a lesson is 48 hours before its start time.
